We are active and compassionate therapists and nurse practitioners. We’re down to earth and relatable.
Our Philosophy
Our practice philosophy is that no matter how successful one is, or how “desirable” one’s life may seem, we all at some point in our lives have desired change, sought forgiveness, or felt helpless… and that’s ok, we get it, we all have our stuff.
Our Holistic Approach
We offer an integrated, patient-focused health approach, treating the whole person. We take into consideration your mental, emotional, functional, spiritual, and social wellness.
Our therapists provide psychotherapy, and our nurse practitioners diagnose, treat, and help clients manage their physical and mental health issues.
At Open-Minded Therapy, LCSW, PLLC, our approach is holistic and multidimensional. Because our mind, body, and soul are all intertwined, we think it is important to examine ways we can use these moving parts to promote healing and growth in other areas in our lives.
Areas of expertise include the management of depression, anxiety, psychosis, mild substance use disorders, and/or individuals affected by loved ones challenged by addiction. Additionally, we specialize in multicultural and women’s issues.
Within the practice, we use a combination of interventions (listed below) to break down thoughts and patterns preventing you from viewing life through a clearer lens.
