My Story: Guided by Purpose
Every job, career path, and even leisure activity in my life has involved supporting others. Whether working in healthcare during college or serving in helping professions over the years, I naturally built connections through a listening ear and a helping hand. I still hear from people I supported back then, sharing how our time together helped them navigate grief, loss, trauma—and even celebrate moments of joy.
My journey to becoming a therapist began with one simple truth: the power of connection. From a young age, I was the person friends and family turned to—a safe space to share their stories, struggles, and dreams. I’ve always believed that with a trusted guide and strong support system, anyone can face life’s hardest challenges and build the future they want. My own experiences with a caring therapist and supportive mentors showed me how transformative even a little support can be. I’m passionate about paying that forward.

Who I Work With
For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with teens, young adults, and families—both in schools and within the community. My work is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where people feel heard, valued, and understood. I love helping people discover their strengths, heal from past wounds, and build the skills they need to thrive. Together, we’ll focus on your personal growth and celebrate every step of your journey toward a brighter, more fulfilling future.

My Therapy Approach: Finding Your Unique Path to Healing
My approach to therapy is centered around you. While I draw from evidence-based practices like DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are. We’ll collaborate to create a personalized plan and build a “toolbox” of strategies that feel natural and effective for your daily life. I want every session to leave you feeling empowered—with clarity, confidence, and concrete tools to help you move forward.
