My Story: Supporting Care Behind the Scenes
I’ve always been drawn to work that allows me to support others in meaningful ways, which led me to build a career in healthcare administration and revenue cycle operations. I understand that behind every form and claim is a person, and I value being part of a system that helps individuals access the care they need.
I care deeply about the impact of this work—whether that’s improving processes, assisting providers, or helping clients feel informed and at ease. I approach my role with intention, knowing that even behind-the-scenes work plays an important part in the overall care experience.
With a background in medical billing, coding, and healthcare administration, I bring several years of experience in insurance claims, documentation review, and revenue cycle management. I’m known for my attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, helping ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently for both clients and providers.
At Open-Minded Therapy, I help create a clear and organized administrative experience for both our providers and clients. I understand how overwhelming the billing and insurance process can feel, and I take pride in bringing clarity and structure so our clinical team can focus on their work—and our clients can focus on their healing.

My Role at Open-Minded Therapy

I support the practice by managing billing processes, assisting with insurance-related matters, and ensuring that administrative systems run efficiently.
When you become a client, I help ensure a smooth experience by:
- Assisting with insurance verification and billing-related questions
- Reviewing documentation and supporting claims processing
- Providing clear and timely communication around administrative needs
- Supporting both clients and providers with any billing or account concerns
My goal is to make the billing side of care feel simple, transparent, and stress-free.
A Bit About Me
Outside of work, I value balance, self-care, and personal growth. I make time for what brings me joy and helps me recharge.
I’m also committed to contributing to organizations that prioritize mental health, healing, and accessible care.
