My Story: Connecting People to Care
I’ve always believed that in healthcare one of the most meaningful things we can do is make someone else’s day a little easier. Whether that’s helping someone navigate a complicated healthcare system, finding a solution to a problem, or simply making someone feel heard, I take pride in being someone patients can count on for patient support.
My professional background is rooted in healthcare administration and patient support, where I’ve spent years coordinating patient care, managing complex schedules, supporting medical providers, and developing systems that make healthcare more accessible and efficient for everyone all around.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that compassion and communication are just as important as organization. Behind every appointment, email, and phone call is a real person who deserves patience, kindness, and understanding.
I’m excited to bring that philosophy, along with my experience and personality, to the team at Open-Minded Therapy.

My Role at Open-Minded Therapy

At Open-Minded Therapy, I help support the administrative side of the practice, ensuring that both clients and therapists have a smooth and positive experience.
From coordinating appointments and assisting with intake processes to answering questions and helping clients navigate the next steps in their care, my goal is to make the process feel as welcoming and stress-free as possible.
Having worked in fast-paced healthcare environments, I’ve developed a talent for problem-solving, multitasking, and finding creative ways to improve workflows. I enjoy bringing structure to busy environments while maintaining a personal, human touch.
I understand that seeking mental health support can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I hope to make the administrative side of that journey one less thing to worry about.
A Bit About Me Personally
Outside of my professional life, I’m a comedian, actress, and creative at heart!
Performing comedy has taught me a lot about human connection, vulnerability, and the importance of finding humor in life’s unpredictable moments. I love storytelling, exploring different perspectives, and creating spaces where people feel comfortable being themselves.
I’m also passionate about music, travel, film, and experiencing different cultures. I love opportunities to learn something new, meet interesting people, and find inspiration in the world around me.
My Philosophy on Life
You never know what someone else is carrying, so lead with kindness, stay curious, and never underestimate the difference a little compassion (and laughter!) can make.
